Wired For Wine:   The complexity of the Alexandria Nicole's beautiful Syrah gives it stunning versatility when it comes to pairing options.  A gorgeous ruby glass of this wine will show off grilled meats ranging from steak, to lamb, sausage, venison, and finally tuna.  Wow.  Because this Syrah loves rich pastas too, we're thinking about a tagliatelle with a hearty lamb ragout.  At the opposite end of the spectrum, how about grilled Ahi tuna with a wasabi glaze?  Or, our favorite fallback: tangy barbecued baby back ribs.  Slice up some whole wheat Italian bread, pour a glass, and add a nice Gouda to the mix, and see if the answer doesn't just come to you...  Enjoy!
