Wired For Wine:  Bursting with rich flavor and bold character indeed!  This Archetype Barossa Shiraz is no exception, and a really terrific value to boot!  Stock up winelovers.  Open your first bottle and revel in the incredible personality of this Shiraz with a platter of Italian street fare hors d'oeuvres: bite-sized sausage and peppers on grilled bread.  They will call out the sweet vanilla and earthy nutmeg.  The lush fruit and gentle spice of this Aussie red are perfect for barbecue, most any meat from duck to lamb, and rich pastas and sauces.  Our favorite with this Archetype is duck dirty rice - grilled duck over gold rice mixed with duck sausage, bacon, fig, garlic and onion.  Make sure you use the big plates...  A Mediterranean eggplant and lamb lasagna will match the fruit and spice of this Barossa Shiraz to a T.  If you're looking to bring out the currant in the wine, we say a roasted pork tenderloin with pomegranate sauce is just the ticket.  Take a moment to compose yourselves after all of that delicious, and then enjoy the lengthy finish of this beautiful Shiraz with an English Double Gloucester cheese.  It's bold, bright and tangy, and will the perfect ending.  Sounds like the Archetype of the ideal meal to me...
