Wired For Wine:   Search no further, winelovers, because we've found this "so good" Hahn Estate Bin 36 Cabernet Sauvignon for you!  Pour your first glasses to go with roasted sweet onion and Calabrese blue cheese crostini.  It will only leave you wanting more.  This dry, full-bodied California Cab, and its ripe red and black fruits, notes of smoke, earth, leather and spice make it a fine choice with meats and game, all spices Provencal, and strong cheeses.  Our first recommendation is your favorite cut of steaks, grilled, with smoked paprika mayo and caramelized shallot mashed potatoes on the side.  It will highlight the smoky cedar and other rustic flavors in this delicious Bin 36.  We love the decadent fruit in this Hahn Estate red with grilled lamb chops and a balsamic prune sauce.  If you're looking for something a bit more exotic, then we suggest venison tenderloin with Madeira green peppercorn sauce.  Oh MY.  Another bottle is certainly in order for the cheese course, so get on it winelovers!  We adore the pleasant, pungent aroma of an outstanding Spanish La Peral cheese with this wine.  We have no doubt you will too...
