Wired For Wine:  What to do when you encounter this very ripe, very primal Bodega Norton Reserva Malbec?  Say hola delicioso, of course!  Start things off with this meaty, assertive Argentine red and small plates of braised beef raviolis with a golden raisin-red onion preserve spooned over the top.  Moving on to the entree, the dense structure, expressive black fruit, spice and hearty tannins practically scream "where's the beef"??!  Our favorite has to be a big, fat grilled rib-eye topped with a generous mound of gorgonzola butter.  The fruit and spice in this Bodega Norton are perfect for something with a little kick, so why not an Indian lamb rogan josh?  The tomatoes are heavenly after an hour or two of simmering...  And, if it happens to be poker night at your house, fire up a manly, magnificent meatlover's pizza with sausage, soppressata, ground beef, prosciutto and black, oil-cured olives.  Oh, muy macho!!  Send everyone home happy after another glass and an aromatic, tangy Taleggio cheese with an ever-so-slightly fruity finish.  ¡Buenas noches delicioso!
