Wired For Wine:  Our top choices to go with the delicious fruit and toasty oak in the Carneros Creek Reserve Pinot Noir are roast duck or salmon done any way.  Other respectable options from the land are lamb, pork, and veal chops, while another from the sea is grilled tuna, ahi in particular.  Mushrooms work wonderfully with this Pinot too, so either a mushroom sauce on the lamb, pork or veal chops, or a rustic mushroom pizza if you're looking for a quick option.  Let's eat!
