Wired For Wine:  Such a great value and a nice way to stock up the cellar. This outstanding Sauvignon Blanc is great to drink all by itself (of course) or as the perfect match for oysters on the half shell, salmon ceviche or a caesar salad for your first course.  The Case Silva Reserva Sauvignon Blanc would also be ideal with a simple green salad with asparagus and goat cheese.  For your entree, any seafood would do...this wine's acidity is perfect for just about anything, but we favor citrus marinaded, pan seared scallops. Fantástico!
