Wired For Wine:  In the words of Julia Child, "Rosés can be served with anything".  Music to our ears on this spectacular spring day... Take that notion and combine it with the monster value of this Chateau Montaud Côtes de Provence Rosé and you have an instant winner winelovers!  Fabuleux!  We love nothing better than to belly up to a beautifully chilled bottle of this Chateau Montaud and enjoy a platter of assorted charcuterie, some French Picholine olives, and crusty bread with a couple of disks of Cabecou de Poitou cheese.  Some days, that is all we need.  If you are in the mood for more, the lovely fruit, brisk acidity and terrific finish of this Côtes de Provence pairs gorgeously with grilled shrimp, pork, fish, salads and much more.  A great light meal would be tarragon grilled shrimp over a composed salad.  Throw on some grilled asparagus and a lemony vinaigrette and you can't go wrong.  Grilled pork tenderloin with an apricot chutney will bring out the fruit in this Rosé like a pro.  If it's takeout today, the gentle heat in some Thai and Indian dishes is also perfect for the fruity side of this peachy-orange nectar.  If you didn't start with the delicious Cabecou de Poitou, it is a wonderful close to what will surely have been a memorable meal.  Venez mes amis!
