Wired For Wine:  Get your sneaks on, winelovers, because you will want to run, not walk, to get in on this Columbia Crest Two Vines Cabernet Sauvignon.  Bring the big shopping bag for this astonishing value...  When you open your first bottle, we say quaff it with a big pile of za'atar-spiced eggplant fries.  Not a bad start at all.  The red and black fruit notes, cola and spice and endlessly rich, chocolatey finish of this Two Vines red make it a great pair with beef, lamb, game and more.  Hands down, our first choice with this Washington Cab is grilled rib-eyes with a tomato-caper relish.  Dukkah (an Egyptian spice blend)-crusted lamb chops with pomegranate molasses will draw out the cola and spice nuances in the wine.  Sliced calves liver with golden onions will be delicious with the dusty, savory side of this Columbia Crest.  Open another bottle or two, and offer more choices to your diners.  For those with a sweet tooth, an espresso fudge cake topped with bittersweet chocolate sauce ought to do the trick.  While those in the mood for cheese will delight in another glass alongside a Gorgonzola Dolce from Italy.  Too many choices?  Not to worry; at this price you can get enough to try them all!
