Wired For Wine:  Come on and get happy with us winelovers! Dive into this newly released De Loach OFS Chardonnay and delight in a warm platter of cheese gougères.  The rich nutty Gruyere flavor will bring out the smokey oak in this California Chardonnay.  As for the entree, the pure, fresh nature, citrusy acidity, and firm minerals of this De Loach are perfect for chicken and just about anything that swims, or lives in the ocean.   Begin with a French pissaladière as a first course, a fantastic onion tart with anchovies and Niçoise olives.  Cream and butter sauces marry beautifully with this Sonoma white and we love it with seared scallops with tarragon cream and vegetable confetti.  On the simple side, pounded grilled chicken breast with lemon beurre blanc is a great alternative.  On the holiday side, say it with me, turkey will go perfectly with the green apple, citrus, toast and lovely mineral notes in this Sonoma white!  After you've had a moment to rest, open another bottle to accompany a refreshing and tart Key lime pie.  If savory is your preference, the warm toasted vanilla bean and green apple in this Chardonnay will close the meal fittingly with room temperature tiny French goat cheese crottins.  A whole lotta lovin' is what De Loach'll be bringing!
