Wired For Wine:  The complex, concentrated personality of this Groth requires that you roll the big guns out to the table.  Big, meaty flavors are a must.  Our number one choice is Boeuf Bourguignon, French beef stew braised to heavenly tenderness.  Its rich flavor will be the perfect match for this Cabernet's lushness. Other great options are braised and roasted lamb or beef.  Your favorite steak with a slightly charred edge will win big too.  Keep in mind that Mediterranean flavors like mint and garlic will enhance your other choices beautifully.   Depending on your preferences, you can wind the meal down with a powerhouse cheese such as a Stilton or a ripe Camembert as you drain the bottle.  Or, a velvety bittersweet chocolate mousse topped with fresh whipped cream and raspberries will do nicely.
