Wired For Wine:  The rich, dense Hall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is sure to thrill with its masterful weave of lush, dark fruit, forest floor and whispers of spice.  Pour your first deep ruby glass of full body and a hint of licorice and sit back while it work its magic with a platter of cured meats and tangy Picholine olives, our favorite.  The focused  and concentrated character of this Napa Cabernet requires robust meat dishes like beef, lamb and steak.  The earthy notes in this Hall will pair fantastically with a coffee and pepper-rubbed rib roast, if you're serving a crowd.  Serve a mushroom risotto and some garlicky, sauteed spinach on the side to really wow that crowd...  To pay homage to the fruit of this Cab, we suggest grilled short ribs with a soy/honey glaze.  Different?  Yes.  Delicous?  Absolutely!  And, the grilling will bring out the lovely charcoal in this gorgeous red.  For your closing act, open your last bottle and serve it with the hearty, aged cheddar of your choosing.  It's sturdy sharpness will be perfect opposite the luscious fruit in the Hall Cabernet.  It should secure your spot in the Hall of fame...
