Wired For Wine pairing suggestions: To Start: beef and broccoli wontons with soy-ginger dipping sauce. And Then: standing rib roast with rosemary thyme crust accompanied by smoked cheddar biscuits OR braised lamb shanks with pearl onions and fennel OR herb-rubbed duck with a sage/tart cherry sauce. A Final Note: Spanish La Peral cheese. It's crumbly and has notes of olive oil which we love.
