Wired For Wine:  Whether or not the sun comes out, it's always a good day for a luscious Chardonnay. This Jordan Russian River Chardonnay is bright, concentrated and beautifully balanced. Have a glass with smokey corn and tomato bruschettas and you'll be hooked. The pure, bright fruit, hint of oak, lively acidity and fine minerality of this Calfornia white are delectable with chicken, anything that lives in water, veal and more. The crisp side of this Chardonnay is great with butter and cream, so we suggest seared scallops with a buttery ginger-lime sauce.
