Wired For Wine:  Looking for a way to beat the heat?  Open a bottle of  lively, crisp, focused Kunde Estate Magnolia Lane Sauvignon Blanc and just see if that doesn't do the trick...  Fish, chicken, seafood, shellfish and grilled pork will all work well with the refreshing acidity, clean fruit and tiny suggestion of earthiness of this Sauvignon Blanc.  Pour your first cool glasses and enjoy them with a lump crab and citrus salsa made with fresh lime and orange juice.  Make sure there is a big bowl of tortilla chips to go with it!  After you've gotten acquainted, we love this Sonoma white with dry-rubbed salmon tacos with tomatillo-avocado salsa.  Pasta with shrimp in a creamy pesto will access the subtle earthiness of this Kunde Sauvignon Blanc beautifully.  Grill up a pork tenderloin and some herbed, buttered corn on the cob and float away on the delicious ride.  We could go on and on, but want to make sure you have a closing suggestion or two.  If savory is your choice, open another chilled bottle and dive into a room temperature French Chevrot goat cheese with a crusty fresh bread.  Heaven.  If dessert is beckoning you, we think that a twist on the traditional cannoli is in order; pipe a lemon mascarpone filling into the shell and make sure you're sitting down, because you just might get weak in the knees...  Come along with us on a stroll down Magnolia Lane, winelovers!
