Wired For Wine: "L" is for luscious.  As in this Lewis Cellars Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon...  This truly stupendous Napa Cab will be a wonderful addition to your cellar or table - your choice.  Perhaps you're looking for a special bottle for Father's Day...  We can't think of many things better to start off those festivities than this beautifully crafted California red with roasted tomato, mozzarella and basil crostini with a balsamico drizzle.  The rich flavor of the slow-roasted tomatoes will bring out the dried currant in this powerhouse Lewis.  The full body, spice, smoke and herbal notes in this remarkable red are made for meats, roasted, on the grill and any other way you like.  We love this Reserve Cabernet with grilled rib lamb chops and a  fresh mint pesto.  You'll get a very high wow factor if you pair this with a roasted beef tenderloin with a pink and green peppercorn crust and red wine pan sauce.  Serve a classic creamed spinach on the side, and there just might be a stampede...  The earthy side of this wine will flat-out dazzle next to this meal.  If Dad prefers poultry, how about roasted capon with a sweet onion compote?  Bottom line: it's tough to go wrong.  Open another bottle and refill your glasses to enjoy with a Gorgonzola Dolce and a crusty peasant bread.  Are your engines purring yet??
