Wired For Wine:  Mark West has lived up to his manifesto that winelovers shouldn't have to mortgage the house in order to enjoy a great Pinot from the Russian River Valley.  Wait until you taste his Russian River Pinot Noir; it is rich, elegant, stylish and ready to be enjoyed.  The bright, deep fruit and easy tannins in this medium-bodied garnet nectar pair beautifully with fish, chicken, pork and the sweet-salt combination of many Asian dishes.  Pour your first glass and dive into a plate of fried potstickers with a sweet-and-spicy dipping sauce.   We love this Pinot with grilled pork tenderloin glazed with pomegranate and orange.  Broiled salmon with soy, ginger and garlic is fantastic too.  Or, chicken kabobs done on the grill with your favorite vegetables.  A simply grilled veal chop will marry the soft tannins in this Mark West Pinot gorgeously if you're not in the mood for to much fuss.  As a finale, we suggest another glass with a nutty Gruyère and some crusty bread.  Delicious, and definitely for this People!
