Sparky�s favorite: grilled rib-eye steak with sweet carrot puree and a creamy horseradish or red wine sauce. All our Shiraz wines go well with just about any savoury, full-flavoured meats such as roasted lamb, beef short ribs or even spice-rubbed or BBQ chicken. They are also complimented by aged, hard cheeses, or soft blues and is especially delicious with dried cherries, salted marcona almonds and milk chocolate cake!"

Wired For Wine:  Sparky has really hit the nail on the head winelovers!  The only thing we might suggest to play up The Boxer is a rich side dish of mushroom pasta to keep some of those hearty meats company.  We'll be starting with some room temperature Saga Blue and a glass of the Mollydooker, and as the perfect ending, we'd like an extra thick slice of that cake...
