Wired for Wine:  Okay Shiraz die-hards, we don't have much of this Australian collector's item, so move fast on this one.  It's a full-bodied red wine with lush fruit that is just dynamite with a grilled New York strip or a roast rack of lamb, but it also partners well with a roasted chicken with rosemary and garlic.
