Wired For Wine:  Mumm's the word, winelovers!!  The beautiful balance and complexity of this sparkler guarantee a memorable event with the pairing you choose. If you're feeling fancy, caviar and lobster are our top two recommendations for these tiny bubbles.  Oysters and sushi are fantastic options as well, as is smoked salmon. One of our favorite appetizers is a thin, garlic sauteed potato slice topped with a dollop of sour cream, a morsel of smoked salmon, chopped chives and a sprinkling of sea salt. Think we're done? Not even close. Foie gras and turkey alike will preen next to this superstar. The richness of fried foods is balanced quite nicely by the refreshing acidity of the DVX, so roll out those french fries with truffle butter. Make sure that you don't only think of this stunner for dinner; it is a home run with eggs and egg dishes. Champagne brunch anyone? And finally,  honey, caramel, ginger and vanilla will make fast friends with this Mumm. One of our favorite things to do is pop the bubbly with dessert.
