Wired For Wine:  Braised meat dishes are a perfect accompaniment to the layers of flavor in this wine.  We suggest a hearty lamb stew with sage, or short ribs braised for hours with carrots, celery and red wine. A rich winter dish like marinated, roasted beef tenderloin with root vegetables and your favorite robust sauce will be a crowd-pleasure too.  For the grand finale, we'll be having a slice of dense, dark chocolate brownie torte with a minty scoop of candy cane ice cream on top.  If that doesn't get you on the "nice" list, we don't know what will!
