Wired For Wine: Just about the only thing that won't be happy next to the Peachy Canyon Zinfandel is fish and seafood.  Most everything else will work with this incredibly versatile red. Have a crowd coming over to watch football?  The Peachy Canyon is great with spicy meat dishes, so how about a slow-cooked chili with some kick?  Cheeseburgers are delicious with the Peachy Canyon too.  This Zinfandel loves mushrooms as well, so for that same football gathering, a cheesy, thin crust mushroom pizza will nicely round out your trifecta.  For other days of the week, we suggest panfried pork chops next to mashed potatoes with crispy shallots.  And finally, the Incredible is delectible with hearty baked pasta dishes.  Make your favorite lasagna and watch how quickly those bottles disappear.  Because the Peachy Canyon is very nice with berries and berry sauces, we'll be having a mixed berry tart for dessert.  Whipped cream?
