Wired For Wine:  This Provenance Vineyards Rutherford Estate Grown Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is a deliciously full-bodied California red which will pair gorgeously with a variety of hearty meat selections.  Lamb, meats, game and game birds, and potent cheeses alike will all work with this Napa Cab.  The tannins are wonderful with grilled meats, so how about enjoying your first glass with miniature burger sliders?  If cheese is what you're in the mood for, we suggest a ripe, room temperature Camembert with a crusty peasant bread.  The cedar and tobacco side of this Provenance will complement braised lamb shanks served with roasted root vegetables, a great choice for those of us who already have a chill in the air.  The voluptuous, dark red fruit in this Cabernet will not disappoint next to a dish of Italian Peperoni Ripieni, meat-stuffed peppers braised in tomato sauce.  Oh my.  Take a moment after the plates have been cleared, and then pour another glass to go with a chewy bittersweet chocolate brownie next to a mound of salt caramel ice cream.  If heaven had flavors, would they taste like this??
