It is a lively ape?ritif style wine when young, well suited to seafood, salads and vegetable oriented dishes with touches of citrus.  It will also the perfect bottle for lightly spiced Asian and  fusion/pan-Asian dishes. Longer time in bottle will allow the development of further richness and can accompany more strongly flavored food.
