Wired For Wine:  Prepare yourselves for some "beautiful evolution in the glass", winelovers, when you take your first sip of luxurious Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Reserve Chardonnay.  That first glass will go awfully well with bacon-wrapped scallops and a lemon aioli.  It will show off the lively citrus in this Napa Valley white pretty nicely too. That same citrus, apple, white flowers, toasted hazelnuts and vibrant acidity make this Robert Mondavi a terrific choice with fish, seafood, shellfish, chicken, veal, turkey and more.  The damp chill in our air today is making us crave a nice hot chicken pot pie.  This Reserve Chardonnay is great company for it.  For next month, we would pair it with roast turkey and fennel, sausage, ricotta stuffing.  The perfect precursor to that turkey is butternut squash and apple soup, also fantastic with this Napa white.  Need we say more?  The refreshing acidity of this California Chardonnay will balance a creamy tomato lobster sauce over lobster and crab ravioli if you feel like spending some time in the kitchen...  After the dishes are cleared, open another elegant bottle and savor it with a German meaty, nutty, buttery Adelegger cheese.  Before coming to you, it will have had several washings in herb-infused white wine...  Now that's our kind of bathtime!!
