Wired For Wine:  With only 104 cases made, this is an extremely hard to find boutique Pinot.  It is fuller-bodied Pinot, packed with red berry, spicy flavors that finishes long with sweetness and minerality.

Enjoy this gem with grilled salmon, seared Ahi tuna, roasted duck, grilled veal chops, and leaner cuts of beef.  As with most Pinots, mushroom sauces work extremely well.
