Wired For Wine:  Wait till you taste this Santa Ema Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon; it is crazy good Cab at a phenomenal value!  Give everyone a nice full glass and then treat them to hoisin-barbecued duck satays.  Talk about some happy campers...  The spice and incense nuances, combined with lush red and black fruit, great structure, earthy notes of tobacco and coffee, and ripe tannins make this Reserva Cabernet perfect with lamb, beef and game.  We adore it with roasted rack of lamb with a classic English mint sauce.  So "veddy" yummy...  If you've got the energy, serve some baked, fried eggplant on the side and watch the rapture.   Another favorite of ours with the lovely tannins of this Santa Ema is grilled rib-eye steaks sprinkled with blue cheese and toasted pecans.  Estoy babeando. ¿Verdad?  The beautiful texture and structure of this Chilean red allow it to pair well with a ripe, aromatic Camembert cheese.  Dig in!  But, if you're in the mood for dessert, we say pour another glass and sip it with a bittersweet chocolate mousse brownie topped with a single chocolate-covered espresso bean.  You do have another bottle, right?
