This shockingly good Shiraz boasts rich, dark fruit, some gorgeous spice and oak notes, but most notably, truly memorable, beautiful texture and a big, powerful personality. All of these stellar characteristics combine to make it a great choice with grilled meats, rich pastas, sausage, barbecue and more.  No kidding here, James Halliday recommends this powerhouse red with venison and kangaroo filet.
