Wired For Wine:  You are going to love this bright St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc and its intense and exquisite citrus notes. Open that first chilled bottle and fire up the conversation with an inviting platter of cannellini, olive oil and garlic bruschetta. Hello delicious! Moving on, the same citrus and mineral in this terrific Napa white will marry well with chicken, fish and most seafood, as well as many vegetables and herbs.  On of our favorite choices is spice-crusted salmon with ginger-cilantro yogurt sauce.  If you're in the mood for something from the bayou, there is much comfort to be found in shrimp and grits with andouille cream sauce.  Thinking ahead, you might want to keep this St. Supery in mind  for a crisp, brown-skinned salt-roasted turkey done with lemon oil and oregano.  So much for which to be thankful...  The choices won't get any easier after the meal is over.  If sweet is on the menu for you, we think the array of citrus will be lovely next to a vanilla-spiced caramel-pear tart.  Perhaps a scoop of tangy frozen vanilla yogurt to really treat yourselves...  If savory is what you crave, a mild, milky, creamy French Selles Sur Cher goat cheese with hints of citrus is just what the doctor ordered!
