Wired For Wine:  Technically speaking, we think "yum" (see Wine & Spirits review)is the perfect word for this Storybook Mountain Napa Mayacamas Range Zinfandel.  Don't waste any time and pour your first glasses to go with a smokey dish of baba ghanouj, charred eggplant, garlic, tahini puree.  You'll need a big bowl of toasted pita chips for the dipping...  The vibrant red and black fruit, beautiful balance, black pepper and delectable richness of this Napa red make it a great companion for everything from duck and turkey to beef, barbecue, and lamb to baked pastas and more.  We don't get enough of it over the holidays, so we continue thinking about how this Storybook's lovely structure is heavenly with a roast turkey with apple-sausage stuffing.  The pepper and fresh fruit of this Napa Zin will be terrific with baked lamb kibbeh, a seductive blend of ground lamb, allspice, cinnamon, onion and toasted pine nuts. A great make-ahead dish is a hearty sausage and wild mushroom lasagna with red pepper-tomato sauce. After the main course is all finished, it will be time for the next bottle.  Warm sliced crusty bread with a creamy room temperature Stilton cheese ought to do it for the meal.  We all live happily ever after with this Storybook!
