Wired For Wine:  We are in the mood for a delicious Chardonnay today, so let's get to it winelovers!  Open this Stuhlmuller Estate Chardonnay and offer it with a big dish of crispy chicken spring rolls and some sweet chili dipping sauce.  We think it will get you in the mood too...  The clean, pure fruit, interesting minerality, subtle earthiness and background oak of this California Chardonnay combine seamlessly to make it a great choice with chicken, veal, pork,fish and seafood alike.  If you've got a good fish market nearby, this is the perfect excuse to visit it.  Seared scallops over a shrimp risotto might mean you have to force your diners to leave when the meal is done.  We love this Estate white with a stuffed veal roast which has been rubbed with honey, apricot preserves and Dijon.  It works beautifully with the honey and fruit, as well as the gentle oak in this Stuhlmuller.  The smooth dryness of the wine is lovely with a tarragon cream sauce over sauteed chicken breasts.  We suggest bringing the meal to a close with a fresh bottle, poured generously to accompany an earthy French Camembert cheese and crusty baguette slices.  Deal us in for this one!!
