Wired For Wine:  We're ready to enjoy our spring break at Summers Estate...  Join us as we open our first bottle of Summers Estate Andriana's Cuvee Cabernet Sauvignon and savor it with a big platter of trimmed pork belly kebabs with Asian spice paste.  You will love the way they bring out the spice and licorice of this Napa Cab.  As for the entree, the lovely medium body, sweet, dark fruit, delicious spice notes and solid tannins of this Cuvee require firm fare such as lamb, beef, and game.  Our first choice is dukkah-crusted* lamb chops with pomegranate molasses.  Delectable.  A great choice for the savory side of this Summers red is pan-roasted duck breasts with fennel and rosemary.  If you're looking for a comfort food option, then rib-eye soft tacos with onion jam and horseradish creme fraiche is it.  Be sure to grill the rib-eye to bring out the beautiful tannins in this California Cab.  Open another bottle and send everyone home happy after you serve it with an English Wenslydale cheese.  It's firm and unpretentious and just the right amount of tasty for this Andriana's Cuvee.  Come on winelovers, you won't need your bathing suits or plane tickets for this spring break!
