Wired For Wine:  Be still my Italophile heart, as I behold this Tenuta di Arceno Chianti Classico Riserva!  I've already got visions of decadent meat sauces, braised chicken and grilled eggplant dancing through my head.  And with a Tuscan Chianti Classico Riserva at this price, I'll be sure to get enough to make all my favorite recipes... How about savoring your first delicious glass with baby peppers stuffed with pancetta, onions and ricotta and Parmesan cheeses.  Proprio spettacolare!  Moving on to the main course, the vibrant red, blue and purple fruit, perfect acidity, earthy notes of mushroom and tobacco, and soft, smooth tannins make this Tuscan treasure a terrific choice with braised meats, lamb, steak hearty pastas and a whole lot more.  We love it with garlic-rubbed steak Florentine. Chianti-braised, stuffed chicken thighs will work beautifully with the earthiness of this Riserva.  And if you're doing casual, we suggest a wild mushroom, prosciutto and arugala pizza.  Soooo many holiday choices; make sure you get enough Tenuta di Arceno to go with them all, winelovers!
