Chicken, seafood, shellfish and salmon alike will pair seamlessly with this lovely California white.  Pour your first cool glass and enjoy it with a fresh guacamole made with plenty of lemon and cumin.  Roasted oysters with a shallot verjus are a terrific alternative.  We love the tart, clean zip of this Tolosa with grilled shrimp enrobed in a lemon-basil butter.  Because this Estate Chardonnay is never better when it it's paired with butter or dairy, we say serve a classic homemede mac and cheese, but up the ante by adding fresh crab.  Then just listen to the sighs of delight...  The rich fruit of this No Oak Edna Valley Ranch is lovely opposite salmon with a ginger-mustard glaze served with creamy cabbage slaw.  End what will surely be a memorable meal with a smooth, unaged Brie as you pour another glass or two.  Order up winelovers, this is unadorned purity at its best!
