Venez avec nous, les fêtards!  When you open that first bottle, we have two words for you: oysters and caviar.  No need for dinner, just oysters and caviar.  If, however, you prefer to enjoy another course, we love the purity and feathery minerality of this gorgeous French Champagne with JFK's oyster stew.  The crisp, fine mousse of the wine is the perfect counterbalance for the sinful creaminess of the stew.  A nordic sautee of shrimp, fennel and onions over baguette toasts is a much easier endeavor, but equally rewarding to those who partake...  Anybody here like breakfast for dinner?  This Gold Label has not met an egg dish it didn't complement.  Scramble the eggs, and then toss them with a little cream and some smoked salmon.  Top with fresh chives, and you can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, as long as you've got a glass of this Veuve next to it...  Joyeuses fêtes nos amis!
