Wired For Wine:  Now that the pool is closed for the season, you are going to want to dive into this sultry, full-bodied class act instead!  This Vinifera Vineyards Napa Valley Vitis Cabernet Sauvignon will impress you no end with its incredibly rich, multilayered self, and tantalize you with its gorgeous combination of sweet tannins, fresh dark fruit, lovely oak,  and earthy deliciousness.  Open your first bottle and delight in it with a platter of carpaccio of beef drizzled with truffle oil and shavings of a really good quality Parmesan.  You'll want hearty, meaty fare with this elegant, vital Vinifera Cabernet.  Our first choice of entree with the intense, earthy side of this Napa Cab is grilled baby lamb chops, a dollop of mint/garlic pesto, and a side of sauteed wild mushrooms.  Make sure everyone's sitting down so that when they swoon there won't be any injuries...  If it's a casual affair, we love the lush fruit notes in this Vinifera stunner with a big pile of beef sliders, caramelized  onions, grilled eggplant slices and melted, aged Swiss cheese.  Heaven, we say.  Open just one more bottle, or two, and polish it off with a powerful, ripe Camembert.  Last one in is a rotten egg!
