Wired for Wine:  The rich Wyndham Hill Shiraz is perfect with braised meats.  Our choice is slow-cooked beef short ribs, joined by thin French green beans and silky mashed potatoes with just a hint of horseradish.  Delicious.  If you prefer something a little lighter, we suggest a grilled tuna steak drizzled with a teriyaki sauce, paired with a sesame wakame (seaweed) salad.  What could be better?  Maybe just one more glass of the Show Reserve...
