"After a cool spring, December and most of January were cooler than average. This cool start was followed by a return to warmer
conditions at the end of January. This warm weather continued into February and accelerated the ripening of the Viognier with the blocks being harvested
earlier than previous years but with the lush varietal avours that we love and which match so well with spicy foods.
Sweet honeysuckle and jasmine fragrances set the scene for an exotic blend of grapefruit, lemongrass and stone fruit avours. This alluring, silky white
