94pts Wine Spectator

From Pinot Noir's golden goose region, the Willamette Valley, we managed to get some Le Cadeau Oregon Pinot Noir. It was no small feat; they only made 290 cases. It's got poise and panache, and beautiful fruit and floral notes too, and well-integrated tannins to boot. Fill your glasses and serve them with bacon-stuffed mushrooms. It will be the perfect start to your meal. Follow that with on of our very favorite pairings: Peking duck and all the trimmings - pancakes, plum sauce, and thinly sliced scallions and cucumbers. Roast pork with herbs and fennel is another delicious option. Le Cadeau means "the gift" in French. We couldn't agree more.

Wine Spectator:  "A wine with polish and presence that opens with expressive raspberry, violet and spiced cinnamon accents, building richness and layers toward fine-grained tannins. Drink now through 2028. 290 cases made." Mar 2020

Winery:  "Located on the southern tip of Parrett Mountain in Oregon's Willamette Valley, Le Cadeau Vineyard was developed and planted with the singular focus of growing distinct, complex Pinot noir. The 2018 Le Cadeau Red Label Pinot Noir was crafted entirely from estate-grown fruit."
