The Black Stallion Napa Valley Chardonnay is so good, it made the cut for our 90+ Wine Club. We wanted to keep it all for us, but decided that the right thing to do was share it. Pour it with brunch, lunch, cocktail hour or dinner with a Waldorf salad tossed in a creamy buttermilk dressing, herb-crusted cod with pea puree or an asparagus risotto.
