Exogyra virgula is the name of the comma-shaped, limestone fossils (of ancient shellfish) that is so abundant in the soils of this part of the world. This biodynamic wine offers aromas of tart green apples, celery and lime. A pleasant palate leads to flavours of lime zest, pear and gooseberries with a short yet concentrated finish.
