A floral, bright, and mineral-laden rosato from vineyards nestled in the Alps of the Alto Piemonte. The aromatics leap from the glass, offering juicy red cherries, raspberry, and a touch of spice, thanks to the Vespolina within the blend. On the palate the wine is both structured and refreshing. A long and giving finish rounds out this remarkable rosato.

This rose is the perfect minerally, spicy and savory rosé. It’s perfect on its own, (as all rosé should be) and pairs with a wide range of foods, anything salty will work well. Serve chilled (45-50 F), closer to 50
