If you're in the mood to snack, enjoy it with ripe cantaloupe cubes wrapped in salty Prosciutto or cornmeal battered fried oysters. When we visit Orrs Island in Maine, we pour it with their seafood nachos - tortilla chips topped with fried haddock and shrimp, drizzled with a peppery lemon sour cream sauce, some creamy slaw and small-dice mangos strewn across the top. It really doesn't get much better than that.

On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and flavoursome, full of fruit, with clear mineral notes. Really good as an aperitif paired with delicate nibbles or sweet Parma ham and fresh cheese. Excellent with pasta or rice based fish dishes and vegetable soups."
