Join New York Champagne Week Founder, Blaine Ashley, as she officially welcomes to the 7th Annual effervescent event with Champagne Lanson! Together with Food & Wine magazine 2019 Sommelier of the Year and 2020 Wine Enthusiast magazine, 40-under-40 Tastemaker, Erik Segelbaum, we will clink glasses of Lanson Black Label and the house's NEW Green Label. Along with a tasting of the week's debut champagne, the two will also introduce this year's first-ever 'Bubbly Board', a curated crop of top-notch, groundbreaking wine industry professionals leading the week's events. It’s going to be one big welcome toast with some of the best in the bubbly lovin’ wine biz. And, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to United Sommelier’s Foundation, an established fund that provides financial assistance to professional sommeliers finding themselves in vulnerable and uncertain positions, for which Segelbaum is the Vice President.
