    The juicy frame combined with the elegant texture of the Matua Sauvignon Blanc are perfect for lighter meats: fish, seafood, chicken and turkey. This wine is also fantastic with vegetables of all sorts, particularly raw tomatoes. So, pour a chilled glass and sit down to a platter of tomato bruschetta toasts as you plan your menu. We love this Sauvignon Blanc with pasta, shrimp and peas in a light cream sauce. Its intensity is a beautiful balance to the gentle richness of the cream. Chicken is another great choice for the Matua. We would do cutlets with a lemon sauce. A simple pan fried filet of sole with some garlicky, sautéed asparagus on the side will definitely work too. What are you hungry for? After the main event, we enjoy this refined wine with a mildly mushroomy Catskill goat cheese from New York. Bon apétit wine lovers!
