    Founded in 1958 by Arnaldo Rivera, the Terre del Barolo winery has come a long way. It's now crafting delicious, notable Barolos that are garnering international attention, and making Wine Spectator's Top 100 list. As with all Barolos, you'll want to give this one some time in your cellar or cabinet. Your patience will be richly rewarded when the time does come to savor it. We recommend decanting at least two hours before drinking, and then let the dining begin! The lovely layers of this Undicicomuni have us yearning for some of our favorite Italian cuisine. A long-braised Osso Buco is perfect for the beautiful balance of this Piedmontese red. Not in the mood for meat? Make nona's eggplant parmesan recipe. Or try a Peposo, a traditional Tuscan black pepper beef stew. You won't want the meal to end there, so have another bottle and chunks of Pecorino vecchio on hand to extend the delight.
