Certified organically farmed grapes from one of Austria’s benchmark estates. Lightning clean, hay flowers and fine spice, echo of green nuts, zest and apple peel; completely dry, but still juicy on the palate, firmly built, medium-bodied, good definition, light, subtle fruit aroma, with mineral notes in the gentle aftertaste.
It’s not the most common pairing but try with raw oysters. The brininess and green minerality really work. Serve chilled (45-50 F).
