Vouvray is likely the most notable chenin blanc region in the world and Montlouis is its equally as delicious neighbor. Certified organically farmed and vegan. Crisp apple, blossom honey, and a subtle note of grapefruit zest on the nose. Juicy and penetrating on the palate, offering lively orange zest and orchard fruit flavors along with hints of anise and honeysuckle. Very pure and focused.

This wine is made for lighter fare. Try it with a salad, seafood, a simple roast chicken, or even a pasta with a light cream sauce. The primary flavor of this wine is apple although it is dry, keep that in mind when considering pairings. Serve chilled (45-50 F), closer to 50.
