Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Alsatian engineer Marcel Ott. Today, the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer, producing some of the world's most prestigious wines. The Domainees Ott Clos Mireille Cotes de Provence Rose benefits from the wonderful climate and proximity to the Mediterranean sea, delivering a bright, fruity, minerally and absolutely unforgettable Provencal Rose. The only thing you could do wrong with it is to not get enough. A votre sante winelovers!
Clos Mireille is an ancient terrain distinguished for its combination of schists and clays, and by an absence of limestone. The vineyard's proximity to the sea explains the inimitable character of the wines produced at Clos Mireille. The microclimate and sea spray create the ideal conditions for the production of extremely rare wines. Clos Mireille has 124 acres of planted vineyards.
Winery: "Bright and elegant salmon pink hue with a dusty pink core. The nose reveals a rich and intense bouquet of mandarin, dried apricots, mimosa and cardamom. Fresh and lively on the onset, this is an invigorating wine, with lovely, zesty fruit and long-lingering aromas of citrus peel and soft white peach."
