Outstandingly delicious. Open your first bottle of "deceptively elegant and complex" Flowers Sea View Ridge Pinot Noir and dive into some duck potstickers with a soy-scallion dipping sauce. The graceful, pure facets of dark red fruit, fine spice, lithe tannins and perky acidity all come together to make this ravishing red the perfect match for lean beef, duck, salmon, tuna and even chicken. Try it with its classic partner: salmon. Marinate it with orange zest and brown sugar, rub it with chopped garlic, and then grill it on a cedar plank. We think you'll be thrilled. Grilled filet mignon with gorgonzola butter and skinny green beans is another terrific option with this Pinot. For lunch, or a light choice, we love the flawless balance and depth of this Pinot with a veal tonnato sprinkled with tangy capers. You do have another bottle waiting in the wings, right? Unleash it with a tart cherry pie enrobed in an ethereally flaky crust and just listen to the murmurs of delight. If cheese is your preference, make it a French Chaumes. It has a delightfully mild, nutty, almost meaty taste which is fabulous with this Sonoma red. Our advice? GEt a big bouquet of Flowers!!

Winery: "Deep garnet core. This wine is deceptively elegant and complex with aromas of rhubarb, Bing cherry, pomegranate and blood orange mingling with talc, white pepper and redwood spice. On the palate are darker berry fruits with orange zest and savory notes. Well-integrated silky tannins and brilliant acidity, this wine unfolds in the glass with layers of nuance."
