Postmark Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

From Duckhorn, one of our favorite Napa Valley vintners, we have the Postmark Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a humdinger, winelovers, and at a much gentler price than your typical Duckhorn Cabernet! Dark, delicious fruit, woven with herbal and floral notes, in a gorgeous, full body with the perfect amount of acidity to make this some superbly balanced juice. It's perfect for a Sunday roast surrounded by winter root vegetables, a big, steaming bowl of fettucine bolognaise, or a layered shepherd's pie topped with buttery, creamy mashed potatoes.

The dark fruit layers are echoed on the palate, where they mingle with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and star anise, with plush, velvety tannins carrying the wine to a long, rich finish."
